KUNT

‘KUNT’ is a documentary series about the queer nightlife scene in London. As a queer photographer, I have an insider perspective of this scene; I hoped to capture the raw and intimate atmosphere of this nightlife. The event (Kunt Parties) is a queer-run, inclusive collective and nightclub with an emphasis on safety for all. I chose to document that events are becoming more progressive and inclusive for LGBTQ+ individuals. I believe this is essential for young people as it allows them to express their individuality through self-expression whilst partying and connecting with other LGBTQ+ community members.
